  • This dynamic PE class is designed to help students build strength, coordination, and a love for movement while fostering teamwork and sportsmanship. Through a variety of games, fitness activities, and skill-building exercises, students develop agility, endurance, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment. Emphasis is placed on cooperation, respect for others, and developing a healthy lifestyle, all taught through a Christian lens that encourages gratitude for the body God has given us and the joy of using it well. Students will also learn to care for their bodies through nutritious foods, making healthy choices, and understanding the importance of proper hydration and fueling.

*Closed-toe shoes are required, and students should bring water and a healthy snack to recharge their bodies.

  • The Art of Communication course encourages students to express their creativity while building confidence in communication. Through mixed media projects, creative writing, and puppet presentations, students will develop their ability to share ideas in a fun and engaging way. This course fosters a supportive environment where kids can Create and Share, allowing them to explore different forms of artistic expression while strengthening their communication skills.

While creativity is the means of creating opportunities to develop public speaking confidence, the primary goal of this course is to help students feel comfortable speaking so that, when the time comes, they can confidently share their faith with those they meet. We are called to make disciples and commanded to be prepared to give an account for our faith.

"But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear." – 1 Peter 3:15

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." – Matthew 28:19-20
