Hello! My name is Alicia, and I’m so excited to be part of the Tandem community.

I have been with my incredible husband, Jeremiah, for 25 years, and we’ve been married for 20 of those years. God truly answered my prayers when He brought Jeremiah into my life. Together, we’ve been blessed with four amazing children—Jeremiah Jr. (23), Eligh (19), Jordan (16), and Brenna (12). They are each such a joy and have shaped our family in beautiful ways.

Homeschooling wasn’t something I always thought I could do, but two years after God began stirring my heart, I finally took that step of faith. I’ve now been homeschooling our children for three wonderful years. It hasn’t always been easy, but it has absolutely been worth it. Through every season, God has been faithful—guiding me, encouraging me, and growing me as a mother and teacher.

When Tandem launched last year, I was preparing to begin another co-op, but God clearly redirected our path. He closed one door and opened another—leading us straight to Tandem. It was so evident that His hand was in it. What began as uncertainty has become a place of confidence and peace, where I’ve learned to say, “But God!” with boldness and trust.

I am deeply passionate about helping children learn, grow, and discover who they are in Christ. I believe each child is uniquely created with purpose, and it is such a blessing to walk alongside them as they step into that calling. I’m honored to serve your families this year and excited for all that God has in store for us at Tandem!
