Hello, my name is Anna Baldwin, and I am excited to join the Tandem team for the 2026–2027 school year! I moved to Surprise from Southern California 20 years ago, and I now live here with my husband, Noah, and our puppy, Andi who keeps life fun!

I was homeschooled from preschool through high school, and it was such a blessing in my life. It taught me responsibility, independence, and a lifelong love of learning while giving me a deep appreciation for the value of homeschooling. Because of my own experience, I have a passion for encouraging students and supporting families on their homeschool journey.

I recently graduated from Arizona State University with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and am preparing to take my state board exam. Throughout my education, God has continued to grow my heart for serving others. I feel called to work in the ICU, where I can combine critical thinking, compassion, and calmness to care for patients during some of their most challenging moments.

Outside of school, I served in the youth ministry at my church for nearly five years and currently sing on the worship team. I love encouraging others, building relationships, and worshiping the Lord.

I am so thankful for the opportunity to be part of the Tandem community and look forward to partnering with families as we encourage students, build meaningful relationships, and help them grow both academically and spiritually. I can't wait to meet you and your family!
