Hello! My name is Haley Derkach, and I am excited to serve as the Operations Assistant at Tandem Home Education.

I was homeschooled my entire life and have always had a passion for education, organization, and helping others. When I first learned about Tandem, I immediately fell in love with the heart behind it and the way it comes alongside homeschooling families with encouragement, support, and a Christ-centered community. I am passionate about childhood development and creating systems that help things run smoothly so families and staff feel supported throughout the school year.

My husband, Grayson, and I recently welcomed our sweet daughter, Indy, and we are loving this new season of parenthood. As a family, we love the Lord and look forward to homeschooling Indy one day. With a background in ministry and project management, I feel incredibly blessed to be part of the Tandem family and am excited to see how God works in and through our community this year. I can't wait to meet your family and support you throughout the school year!
