Hello! My name is Laura Hewett, and I’m a homeschool mom of four children—two who have graduated and two who are still continuing their homeschool journey. I care deeply about home education and am thankful for the opportunity to teach my children and walk alongside other families in the process. I love Jesus, my family, and helping students grow into lifelong learners.

Our family has been homeschooling for 12 years, and each year I’m reminded of what a gift it is. I believe learning should be meaningful and rooted in truth. One of my personal passions is reading—I enjoy getting lost in a good book and encouraging students to explore stories and ideas that help them grow.

I’m looking forward to another wonderful year at Tandem and to supporting students and families in the months ahead.
