Hello! My name is Paige Bausman, and I’m 20 years old. I was born and raised in California but moved to Georgia at 17. After graduating high school in 2024, I attended Impact 360—a nine-month gap year program dedicated to helping students grow as leaders and deepen their Christian faith.

During those nine months, I studied apologetics, leadership, philosophy, Christian ethics, and worldview, among many other topics.

While at Impact, I had the joy of meeting the Derkach family. From the moment I met them, they felt like family. Their daughter Addi told me about Tandem and what an amazing opportunity it is.

I’m so excited to now be part of the team and to work alongside such incredible teachers and families. I can’t wait to see how the Lord uses this opportunity in my life and what He has in store!
