Hi! My name is Tisha-Monique Peña, but I go by Tisha—or Mrs. Peña to my students. I’m a dedicated tutor and homeschooling mom. Alongside my husband, I had the joy and honor of homeschooling our daughter all the way through high school, and we celebrated her graduation this year!

I teach with a heart full of love for Jesus and my family. I’m passionate about creating a nurturing learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired. It’s very important to me to instill strong values, spark curiosity, and help young hearts develop a genuine love for learning. I strive to make sure every child receives the encouragement, support, and opportunities they need to learn.

When I’m not teaching or working, I love spending time at home with my family, hanging out with friends, or simply relaxing. I enjoy taking day trips to explore and unwind, and some of my favorite ways to recharge include watching movies, listening to soft jazz, or getting lost in a good book.

Whether through teaching, parenting, or community involvement, my goal is always to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the next generation.
